    No lo mantieni. Diverso sarebbe se usassi un codice sconto tipo quelli che erano presenti fino a poco fa su determinati set. Quelli abbassavano la soglia

    Stanno cercando in tutti modi di far cambiare corriere ai piani alti, ma da quello che ho capito succede sostanzialmente solo qui da noi in italia :fm:

    Comunque rispedito un altro shuttle con spedizione rapida, questa volta con DHL…

    Lunedì mi consegnano uno shuttle. A questo punto il condizionale è d’obbligo. 🤦‍♂️. Anche a me ultimo pacco aperto e manomesso. Anche uno da amazon.de spedito stranamente da bartolini

    Dulcis in fundo, me li rimandano con DHL. Chissà come mai. I prezzi aumentano, risparmiano sui corrieri, si abbassa la qualità del servizio e sarei io a dover comprare in negozio fisico per non inquinare :huh:

    Vi riporto una mail del servizio clienti che mi ha lasciato basito.

    Premessa, arrivati set con scatola distrutta 2 su 2 (fab 5 e slitta babbo natale). Ritiro per Reso e rispedizione subito prenotate.

    Dopodiché, il consiglio (non richiesto):

    “Se sei un collezionista, in futuro, ti consigliamo di comprare direttamente dal negozio fisico. Siamo sempre felici di aiutarvi con i vostri ritorni, ma monitoriamo attentamente questi processi perché comportano un servizio extra e un danno all'ambiente, quindi un uso eccessivo potrebbe essere penalizzato in futuro. Per un collezionista è consigliabile acquistare in negozio. Spero che tu possa capire.‘

    Ho risposto così

    Purtroppo i negozi fisici, come saprete non presentano gli stessi vantaggi dello shop online (punti ad esempio). E anche gli sconti spesso differiscono.
    Aggiungo che, collezionista o meno, regalare a qualcuno una scatola in quelle
    condizioni non è fattibile.

    Io sono fortunato perché abito a Roma e ho ampia scelta, ma non per tutti è così.

    Mi sorprende un po’ questa mail, ne colgo il significato generale, ma la trovo inappropriata.

    Pensate piuttosto a migliorare l’aspetto logistico e vedrete che non ci saranno ritorni, piuttosto che consigliare dove comprare.

    Sembra ci sia a settembre un ulteriore aumento dei prezzi. Abbastanza considerevole anche fino al 20/22% 😱
